Welcome to another week and we can't think of a better time to announce a new service here at Cloud 9 which is golf related...especially seeing as the Ryder Cup success of Europe over the weekend has really highlighted the sport.
Unless you have been hiding under a rock, or kidnapped by aliens then you probably already know the details as the coverage over the weekend has been extensive.
Held at one of our favourite destinations, Gleneagles, it was a case of Gimme In The Glen: Keegan Bradley conceding Jamie Donaldson's putt halfway down the 15th fairway to
confirm the point that Europe needed,
with almost half the matches still out on the course and almost half the course trying to get to that match.
The climax was not short of romance, though. To a list
of unheralded names to have sealed the critical point in a Ryder Cup -
Philip Walton, Jose Maria Canizares, Paul McGinley - we can now add
Donaldson; 39 next month, on his competition debut, a player who had to
wait until his 37th year for his first European Tour win.

In other news this week, whilst we are always looking for new team building activities, we came across something we'd not heard of before, which we like the look of.
Paint-A-Holics is an arts and entertainment company
which came to fruition through a desire to share our skills, creativity,
and positivity with others through painting. If you need help stepping
out of your comfort zone and want to learn how you make a beautiful
painting, then look no further. They offer group classes, private parties,
children’s parties, private instruction, and commissioned works.
Unfortunately this is only available in the US at present, but we are fairly sure someone in the UK will be offering this service before long!
Each guest gets Step-by-step art instruction from a professional artist (Private painting classes are approximately 3 hours long), Painting materials include a 16” x 20” canvas, easels, aprons, brushes and paint. Sounds messy, but fun!
