We are really looking forward to celebrating with our friends at Orchard on Thursday at their 20th Birthday Party at Epernay Champagne Bar in Manchester.

We've worked with Mike and the team at Orchard ever since Fresh launched and before that back at Adline, and we are sure it will be a night to remember as the elite from the industry are all on the guest list.

As part of the Facebook Campaign surrounding the invite, they are compiling music from 20 years ago and according to Wikipedia, Elton John's The One, was number one on 14th June 1992. Not sure we can dance to that, but enough glasses of bubbly and we'll certainly give it a go!

We've a visitor from the Jockey Club coming to Cloud 9 Towers this week too.

The Jockey Club is the largest commercial group in British horseracing and the leading investor and innovator in the UK’s second biggest spectator sport.

A leader in racing since 1750, today The Jockey Club focuses its resources, influence and assets on ensuring British horseracing remains the best in the world, with all profits returning to the sport.

The Jockey Club owns 14 leading racecourses, including Aintree, home of the John Smith's Grand National; Cheltenham, stage for the prestigious Cheltenham Festival; Epsom Downs, home to the Investec Derby; and Newmarket’s Rowley Mile and July Course, considered Flat racing's global HQ.

As part of their activity they have set up a team to promote their venues so we look forward to seeing their portfolio in more detail - especially as our Free Venue Finding Service, is always asked to look at unusual venues or those that are off the normal radar!

We end this week with a look at a very special event taking place next week in aid of Breast Cancer Care which we urge you to support. The Stick & Ribbon High Summer Fashion Show takes place on Wednesday 20th June at their Boutique in the Flying Horse Walk. For details please email style@stickandribbon.com or see the website www.stickandribbon.com

Have a great week everyone, adieu!
